The Challenge

Handing over 500 homes is a major operational milestone. But for the homeowner, there is only one handover that matters — theirs. The challenge was to turn a standardized handover process into something that feels personal, considered and worthy of the moment.

The Idea

We approached the project around one simple thought: the first gift in a new home should feel like it belongs there. Rather than creating a conventional branded hamper, we designed a welcome experience around the architecture, materials and character of the development.

The Design

The experience began before the box was opened. A minimal presentation box was developed with a structured interior, carefully considered material combinations and individual compartments that allowed every element to reveal itself progressively. Inside, the gifting pieces were selected and customized to feel less like promotional merchandise and more like objects the homeowner would actually want to keep.

The Unboxing

Open the box. Discover the first layer. Lift the presentation piece. Find the personalized element beneath it. Every detail was positioned intentionally so that receiving the gift became part of the handover experience itself.

The Outcome

500 homes. 500 handovers. 500 individual welcome moments. What could have been a standard gifting exercise became part of the homeowner's first memory of receiving their new property.
